Chakra Balancing

The seven chakras of the body are distinct energy centres that regulate different parts of your body. The seven chakras start at the crown of your head and end at the base of your spine and help to regulate your emotional and physical wellbeing, influencing everything from mental stability to disease resistance.

Chakra balancing techniques focus on keeping each of the energy centres open and in alignment. Chakras which are closed and out of sync can lead to a range of physical and psychological problems, including increased stress levels, low self-worth and digestive problems.

How can Chakra help me?

Chakra balancing techniques are particularly suitable for patients suffering from bouts of depression, low self-esteem and loss of confidence. Following treatment, your practitioner will show you a few simple chakra exercises which you can carry out in your own time to ensure your chakra stay open and aligned.

Balanced and open chakra is critical if you want to achieve your full potential. Self-doubt and low self-esteem are two of the most debilitating mental conditions which can have devastating effects on your ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. A few simple chakra exercises can put right the imbalances and put you on the road to self-fulfilment.

How does Chakra treatment work?

Various chakra cleansing techniques can be used to identify blocked chakra points in the body. During treatment, the practitioner will place their hands over the different areas of chakra starting at the crown and working towards the base of the spine.

Once the problem chakra has been identified the practitioner will focus on these areas using their hands to push out the negative energy, replacing it with positive energy channelled through their body. A number of chakra points can be worked on at the same time, depending on the patient.
