  1. All Meditation Classes are capped with minimum and maximum numbers, for your personal comfort and support.  Minimum number required to hold a class are 6
  2. Maximum number for your personal comfort and support depends on the size of the venue. Most classes are capped at 12.
  3. However Special Meditation Events will cater to more people.
  4. All Classes are payable in advance to ensure numbers are maintained (cash and Credit Card facilities are available.  If you prefer to electronically transfer funds - please ensure class and name are clearly indicated)
  5. All Classes commence on time, so please ensure you arrive early enough to make yourself comfortable and ready for meditation to commence.  15 minutes prior to meditation is suggested.

PRE-NATAL MEDITATION - for the mum to be 4x1hour $80

It is now scientifically proven the baby is the biology of the mothers thoughts.  A calm and peaceful mum to be, ensures optimal physical, emotional, mental and spiritual development of the baby in utero.  

MEDITATION FOR MOTHER & CHILD 4x1hour $80 (up to toddlers)

A continued meditation practice for the mum and her babe. Ensuring the continuation of deep relaxation and support is continued for both mum and babe, ensures a smooth transition for the babe into this physical world. Mums need meditation probably more than anyone does. We’d like to think we’d be able to ignore our needs while taking care of children, work and home. But children are sensitive to a mother’s stress and reportedly have higher stress themselves when the mother is overworked, anxious or depressed. With so little time to spare for meditation, mums need a practice that works and doesn’t require clearing their busy mind of thoughts or having to concentrate or focus.

KIDS MEDITATION 6x60mins - $120 (ask about reduced prices for 2 or more kids)
