What it is

A Wellness Coach enables change by focusing on a client’s stated needs, values, vision, and goals and helping to bring out his/her personal best in relation to their health and well-being, for example losing weight, stop smoking, increasing physical activity and increased self confidence and a positive attitude.

Wellness Coaching is a process that continues to coach the client to ensure they feel supported and on-track and achieving their goals. Elizabeth works in partnership with her clients to set goals, define an action plan, and navigate the path until they reach their goals.
